Abstract
Double-outlet right ventricle (DORV) is a spectrum of diseases that is notoriously difficult to classify and has a large variety of surgical options. From January 2004 to June 2007, 1707 congenital heart surgeries were performed at Sakakibara Heart Institute, and 132 cases (7.7%) were identified as having a diagnosis of DORV. In consideration of DORV as a variant of ventriculo-arterial connections, we retrospectively reviewed our surgical results.
